"Noticed a neighbor was using Victor AC and called for a quote. Ricardo responded promptly and came out to assess and give a free estimate. His quote was very reasonable as compared to other larger companies. Ricardo was prompt, friendly, professional, courteous and most importantly honest. We scheduled the replacement of our 12 year old 5 ton unit before it quit working. Working with Victor AC & Heating family owned and operated business was a pleasure. We are enjoying our new energy efficient unit and love the Ecobee smart thermostat!"

"We needed our ducts replaced and after many referrals/recommendations, we decided to go with Victor Air Conditioning. Ricardo gave me a quote the same day and made sure he answered all my questions. When they came to work, they were ready, within the first 30 minutes of getting here they had already started removing everything. His price was fair, but it was money well spent. Great customer service and hard workers. I would recommend them and will continue to use their services."
